At Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our Concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship to Rescue Spa

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
